Returns and replacements

Sealed reagents are not returnable
Because the products are temperature- and contamination-sensitive sealed reagents, we do not accept returns of shipped product, opened or unopened, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
- Report within 7 days of the delivery date through the contact page, quoting the order number.
- Include photographs of the parcel, the packaging and the affected vials and labels.
- Confirmed damaged, incorrect or missing items are replaced at no charge. Where a replacement is not possible the amount paid for those items is refunded in Bitcoin to an address you nominate.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no delivery 30 days after dispatch, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation and replace the order if the carrier confirms the loss.
Cancellations
An order can be abandoned at any time before payment. Once payment is confirmed the order is dispatched within one business day and can no longer be cancelled.
