Who may order
Orders are accepted from researchers aged 21 or over who confirm, on each order request, that they are qualified to handle research chemicals and that the compounds will be used for laboratory study. We may ask for institutional or laboratory details before invoicing and may decline any order.

Payment and refunds
Orders are paid in Bitcoin at checkout. Once the transfer confirms the order is final. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced if reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs. The purchaser is responsible for import requirements in their jurisdiction.
